Lindsay and Jeff had a fairy tale wedding.  I half expected an animated Disney bluebird to appear on the bride’s shoulder some time during the day. Lindsay’s maid of honor in fact described her as a Disney princess and with her adorable, kind, lovely nature, the description could not be more apt. Jeff is quite the lucky man.
Lindsay’s bridesmaids wore beautiful blue J Crew dresses that would have fit in with that bluebird had it showed up! The hydrangea and freesia bouquets by Designers Touch Floral Creation continued the blue and nautical theme. Lindsay gave matching blue bathrobes to her bridesmaids with anchors and their names embroidered on the lapels. Lindsay wore an adorable matching white robe with a navy anchor and then changed into her Romona Keveza wedding dress.
Makeup was by the absolutely fabulous Dani Wagener who seems to be the makeup artist booked on every other wedding I shoot in Boston ( and now the Cape). She manages to make brides look flawless, but still natural. All the girls had great hair by  Melissa Noel.  I love that they all word their hair long but with little bits up here and there. So soft and flattering.
After a beautiful first sight on the beach, Lindsay and her girls traveled to Our lady of the Cape in Brewster. I rode “shotgun” next to Teddy, the limo driver and then “shotgun” next to Teddy as the bride and groom rode back to the reception. It’s such a great idea to put your photographer in the car as you travel. So many great story telling pics happen.
The nautical theme continued with lovely sailing knots holding the table numbers,blue and white striped swizel sticks and anchors on everything! Montillio’s did a beautiful cake with an anchor topper and of course they had the classic starfish on their seating cards. I really loved the signature Cape Codder and Moscow Mule drinks celebrating their theme and their culture.
I highly recommend their DJ, Sound Choice. They did a great job and provided an adorable photo booth – always a great idea at a wedding.
Just the perfect Cape Cod wedding with the perfect couple. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
