Trying to catch up on my blogging for 2014 before the next exciting wedding season begins! I’ll be working backwards now, starting at the amazing wedding I shot for Lara and Serge.
Check out the incredible shots I got in the Boston Commons at night. It’s always a challenge to shoot weddings entirely at night, but it really gets me stretching my photo-muscles!
Photographing a traditional Armenian wedding was quite a treat too from the crowns at the ceremony to the A-mazing band at the reception. One of my not-so-secret joys is experiencing how everyone celebrates differently. Â Flouer (not a mis-spelling!), the incredible florist did a great job adding bling to the bouquets and the interior of the Hyatt Regency in Boston never looked better, especially with help from Boston Uplights. Lighting a room adds so much to a reception. Â Serge and Lara froze, but were great sports about wandering around in the park and Boston Commons at night while we made sure to get some great portraits of them. I sent the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen back to the trolley where they shouted and catcalled traffic! An awesome party crowd, for sure!
I love the expression of love in this father of the bride!
The incredible vendors I worked with on this beautiful wedding.
